HSE CONSULTANT
Michael T Mortu is an experienced Health, Safety, Security, Sustainability, Environment & Quality (HSSSEQ) professional with over two decades of progressive experience across manufacturing, oil and gas, transport safety, and quality assurance environments. He currently works as an HSSSEQ Consultant at SHEGUIDE, which he founded, providing expert support to multiple organizations in strengthening safety, environmental, and quality management systems while ensuring compliance with internal standards and international best practices.
He has served in senior managerial and consultancy roles, bringing extensive hands-on experience in internal and external audits, emergency preparedness planning, risk assessment, and corrective and preventive action systems. His specialized competencies include regulatory compliance, safety culture development, and operational risk management within high-risk environments.
He is passionate about advancing workplace safety, improving operational quality systems, and contributing to safer, more efficient industrial environments.
SECURITY EXPERT
Chief Inspector Joseph Obiri-Yeboah is a highly experienced law enforcement professional with over two decades of service in the Ghana Police Service. He currently serves as a Station Officer at Sraha Police Station in the Madina District, where he leads operations focused on maintaining public safety, order, and community trust.
His career spans both national and international assignments, including peacekeeping missions with the African Union and the United Nations in Somalia, as well as serving as a Public Information Officer in Nairobi, Kenya. These experiences have strengthened his expertise in security operations, crisis management, and strategic communication.
He brings a strong academic foundation in education and public communication, combined with extensive hands-on experience in leadership, conflict resolution, and community policing. His specialized training includes VIP protection, public order management, firearms handling, and advanced operational tactics.
Beyond his professional responsibilities, he is also a skilled trumpeter, using music as a tool for community engagement and connection.
He is passionate about security consultancy, public safety education, and contributing to safer, more resilient communities.
IT Consultant
Kenneth Nkansah is an IT and Cybersecurity Consultant at SHEGUIDE, where he drives the integration of digital risk management into the organization’s HSSEQ training and consultancy services. He helps organizations identify and address cybersecurity challenges in today’s increasingly digital operational environments.
He brings extensive expertise in assessing cyber risks, advising on digital security best practices, and supporting the development of safer, more resilient systems. His role extends traditional HSSE principles into the digital space, ensuring that clients can manage both physical and cyber-related risks effectively.
With a strong background in information technology, he delivers technology-driven solutions that enhance operational safety, efficiency, and compliance. Kenneth is particularly focused on cybersecurity awareness, digital safety, and the continuous improvement of secure systems in modern workplaces.
